The History of Tooly

Part 3

A dark period now surrounds the story of Tooly, as he seemed to disappear from New Brighton although his influence was still very strong. Some say Tooly went away to travel the world and perfect his craft as a criminal genius, stopping off in Italy,Japan,Russia and various other countries to meet with crime bosses and gangster type people. Others say he was abducted by an insane group of followers who took him to an island somewhere with lots of coconuts and stuff and worshipped him as a god for four years feeding him only grapes and parrot juice. The rest just said he was in borstal for being a little shit.
When Tooly finally did return from his mystical travels, he preferred not to talk about them so everyone respected his wishes; especially now he had developed an insane glint in his eye and had become even more ruthless and aggressive. He also walked with a strange limp that he never had before he had left the town.
Tooly lost no time in regaining full control of his criminal network and now he was even more determined than ever to put a stranglehold on New Brighton but he had moved on from taking money from carol singers or stealing football stickers. This time he was going to hit New Brighton were it hurt. He knew if he controlled just one thing in the town he could control everything. The one thing that New Brighton depended on to survive as a prosperous town. Biscuits.
